Cor 20 pump trouble code

The best i can see is it means something is blocking the flow but that is not the case. Cleaned the pump and running in a bucket this is what happens... Also it runs fine until placed at max flow. Then it shuts down and throws the code.

Do you know anyone local with a COR pump, so you can try your controller on there system and see if the same error happens?
