COR20 Fallback Program

I have my COR20 power plugged into a UPS. In the advanced tab for the COR I have tried to write “Fallback 70” wanting the Cor to run at 70% speed if apex loses power. That code will not take. Any ideas what I’m not doing correctly?

I created a virtual outlet and called it power out, I programmed it to come on if apex power was off, then in advanced tab for my varios I have it if power out on then 25. I would think that would work for the Cor.
