There are products that you recommend for SPS corals (especially Acropora spp.):

AF Amino Mix
AF Build
AF Energy
AF Vitality

I have few questions regarding them:
1) Why it is recommended to dose them only when the lights go out (at the evening)?
2) AF Energy has copper sulphate in it, so my questions would be:
  • Copper will not stay in the aquarium and multiply over the time?
  • If development of zooxanthellae is reduced - does this don't lead to STN/RTN over the time?
3) Can they be used together with Reef Salt (not with Probiotic salt)?
4) What are your suggestions on dosing those elements in mainly SPS tank? What the schedule could be? What to dose first, etc. etc.

5) If the system is not ULNS (PO4 and NO3 are detectable) should these products be used or not?

Ok, I will take a stab at a few of these.
1. SPS forages at night where the greatest PE is observed
2.1 The copper is not chelated and not the harmful form of copper. The copper will be removed with your regular WCs
2.2 The reduction of zoox is the goal for colors. AF recommends keeping your alk lower in the 7.2 - 7.5 range
3. Yes but be careful of overfeeding. These are concentrated and designed to be used with a low nutrient tank
4. 1 drop per 27 gallons, start at half dose
5. They are beneficial, but as stated are for systems trying to maintain low nutrients.

Does it count if you use reef salt plus Pro Bio S and NP Pro as probiotic - to be called priobiotic system?
Is it acceptable to have alkalinity in range 7.5-8.0? Or lower alkalinity is a must?

You can run the regular salt and dose Pro Bio S and NP Pro of course, it will reduce NO3 and PO4. Running virtually 0 on nutrients requires a lower alk, and 7.5 - 8 is surely within range. With everything in this hobby, go slow and observe.

It would be great to have recommendations from manufacturer what could be used in none ULNS. Maybe not all four elements should be used

Have you even read the two guides? Great info!

Yes, but in reality not all aquariums becomes ULNS (depends on the system, stocking, etc.), some of them will be near low, but possibly not reach the zeros. This is why I'm asking what the impact will be.

@Aquaforest thank you for your answer. In the guide it is mentioned that weekly water changes of 5-10 percent is needed, will it be ok to do 10 percent each two weeks?
+ 5) If the system is not ULNS (PO4 and NO3 are detectable) should these products be used or not?
