I have a mantis shrimp tank with 2 corals and want to add more.

I don't have a cleanup crew and I'm looking to get rid of detritus, and most algae's but not all.
the corals should be-
under $60
hardy
docile
I'm thinking of adding an island for a green star polyp colony.
