Coral Banded Shrimp Has Not Molted

I have a 40G tank and got a coral banded shrimp about 3 weeks ago. He lost a claw in the acclimation bucket but other than that has been doing pretty well - no aggression towards or from any of my other fish and has been pretty active cleaning my tank. However, he has not molted yet! He’s still missing one of his claws and I read that they molt pretty often, is something wrong?

i would not worry about the shrimp. They molt at all different rates as far as I know. Keep a stable suitable environment with sufficient food for them and they will eventually grow and molt.
