Coral banded shrimp is missing

Hey guys question I got home from work today and just noticed my coral banded shrimpis missing I can’t find it anywhere no signs of death or murder in the tank. So my question is can they climb out of the tank ?
If it did I have 3 dogs and a crazy cat one of them would’ve had a fresh meal. Is there a chance the cleaner shrimp could’ve made a meal out of it? the CBB molted the night before and was staying in its cave most of the day.

It’s common for them to hide after they molted because they’re very venerable.
And to answer your question they can’t climb out of the tank.

I’m sure it’s just hiding still. Mine would disappear for a couple days. Thought for sure he was dead, but he would always show back up. What else do you have in the tank?

Blue tang
Foxface
Various inverts the usual cleanup crews
The CBB usually comes running out during feeding time he was a no show today

Hm give it another day. Mine ate my cleaner shrimp so consider yourself lucky you still have those lol. I had to get rid of mine because he took out 3 shrimp.
