coral banded threat

I have had zero problems with mine. Got into with my green spotted puffer once but other than that has not bothered corals at all

I have one and he's totally reef safe...I have had this guy for years and never had a problem.... Every now and then he will extend his claws out towards one of the clowns but that's about it...he's just standing his ground that's all

That's a relief I like to watch mine with a flashlight after lights out. Beautiful.....just please don't eat my zoas

Mine went after 3 nice hammers that I had. Didn't realize it was him until one was gone and the other 2 were heading out. He looked like some landscaper, trimming the bushes! Ban hammer came down hard! He can trim the cheato in the sump!

I had one for years, he grew pretty big. He started to go after my fish when the lights went out. I tried to target feed him more than i normally did but it didn't help. Seemed like he preferred a fresher sea food hahah, he did succeeded with eating 2 shrimp and a few snails

Never had any eat corals. Sometimes they can irritate corals by hanging out by them. Nothing too bad tho. Yes, they can and probably will go after small fish. Get a gold or a purple one. They are smaller species, and are less prone to attacking fish.

I have had mixed results with these, most have been docile but I did have a rather large specimen that was very aggressive to anything that came near it.. Don't think they deliberately attack corals but they like to pick at things and might do some unintentional damage.

Mine would cut the lower branches off my gorgonia.
Its pretty cool to watch how he does that :-)
