Coral Beauty Angel fish large eye....

So I noticed my Coral Beauty Angelfish looked a little weird and I notice he had one large eye and some white spots on his side. eye is large on one side and the spots are on the other side. I feel hes not doing well even though hes swimming around like a champ. I don't have my parameters right now but will get them later today. I'll attach pictures please ignore my sand bed lol. I have 2 clowns a six line wrasse the coral beauty and a tomini tang in my tank. The coral beauty is the newest addition but hes been with me for about 2 weeks now. The pictures are also not the best.

The CB and six line run around together weaving in and out of the rocks no aggression. I haven't seen the tomini act aggressively. I get everything from a store that does tanks for people and qt all their fish before selling them for like three weeks.

i cant really see his side from the picture i do see the bulging eye thou if its just one eye its likely an injury can you pull him and put him into a QT treating with api Erythromycin is good for eye injuries

well me personally these are the meds i always have on hand for QT Copper Power,prazipro,seachem metroplex,furan-2,kanaplex and Erythromycin i know it sounds like a lot but i decided to treat all my fish in QT proactively and i have other meds just in case anythin else pops up
