Coral Beauty EYE!! Help

So. I have had this one for about 3 weeks in my 65 DT with 2 pink anthias and 2 black clowns. Everyone was doing great then three days ago I noticed my CB right eye swelling I thought maybe injury but not sure. Today I moved the CB to a QT tank and treated the water with Maracyn Oxy ( that’s all I could get my hands on today). I managed to get a video of it while in the QT tank. Can anyone ID what it could be and advise on treatment?

Google epsom salt dosing for this. I had this happen with one of my angels several years ago, and this helped reduce the swelling in the injured eye, and it eventually healed completely. I was scared because it looked like the eye was going to pop out.

I also had another angel with a fluke on it's eye, and dipping in freshwater helped with that, and the swelling went down.
