Coral beauty injury

Hey guys so yesterday I reorganized my aquascape and this morning all my fish looked fine except the eel who’s freaking out lol. Then I saw the Cora beauty and he’s missing a lot of scales on top of his head and also on the side.

He’s now swimming around the tank frantically. What should I do this will be my first injured fish I’ve ever delt with.

Since the fish is still freaked out, you might consider lowering the light levels and avoiding fast movements around the tank.
Injuries have two phases - the acute phase where the initial injury can be fatal. Once past that point, there is still a chance of secondary bacterial infection. That might need antibiotic treatment, but then you would need to catch the fish up, risking further damage.

Monitor for infection as Jay said.
Coral beauties heal pretty fast. Within 2 weeks it should look much better.
Keep the water clean and feed well to keep the fish as healthy as possible in the time being.

Look for major changes in behavior, white fuzzy patches, or the wound reddening.
