My coral beauty has white dots on each of its eye balls and it's forehead looks scrapped up or something. Any ideas?

What ever it is it appears to be a combination of two things or more. It looks like ich plus velvet maybe, but the big spots are puzzling to me. You need to get ready to put all your fish in quarantine. If I was you, I would fresh water dip it then get a plan for quarantining all you fish in that tank in a hurry.....

Hi there. I'm sorry for the trouble with your CB. Can we get some background on your fish? How long have you had him? how long has he been this way? Was he QT'd and how? What was the last wet thing added to the tank and when?

What are the green things I see on his back/dorsal fin? Is that on the fish or the glass?

He's been in the tank for about a month now. After talking to the lfs I got him from he told me after I added the fish that their tanks are high in copper. Dunno if this could have been the cause. I noticed the eyes a couple of days ago and the marks today. No qt. Have to set that up asap. Last wet thing added was probably the cb.

OK. No their tanks being high in copper (whatever they mean by that) wouldn't have caused this directly. I would do the freshwater dip on him and see if there are flukes present.

Freshwater Dip: Provides temporary relief for Brooklynella, Flukes & "Black Ich", Marine Velvet disease (Amyloodinium); possibly even Ich & Uronema marinum (both unproven). Can be used to confirm the presence of Flukes.

How To Treat - Fill a bucket with RODI water, and use a heater to match the temperature to the water the fish is coming from. Aerate the water heavily for at least 30 minutes prior to doing the dip, then discontinue aeration while performing the dip. Fish aren’t overly pH sensitive for short durations like this, but you can squirt a little tank water into the dip just before the fish goes in to help bring it up.

Place the fish in the freshwater (FW) dip and observe closely. It is not unusual for them to freak out a little at first. Also, tangs are notorious for “playing dead” during a FW dip. The important thing is to watch their gills; they should be breathing heavily at all times during the dip. If breathing slows, it’s time to exit the dip. Dip the fish for no longer than 5 minutes. Multiple dips may be done, but it’s important to give your fish a day to recuperate in-between dips.

For flukes, use a dark (preferably black) bucket so you can see if tiny white worms fall out of the fish (especially out of the gills) at around the 3-4 minute mark. The worms will settle to the bottom, so you can use a flashlight to look for them there as well.

Pros - Provides temporary relief for a wide range of diseases in a chemical free environment. Can “buy you more time” until a proper treatment can be done.

Cons/Side Effects - Not a permanent “fix” for any disease, as FW dips are not potent enough to eradicate all of the parasites/worms afflicting the fish. Some fish can have an adverse reaction to a FW dip by appearing unable to maintain their equilibrium once returned to the aquarium. If this happens, hold the fish upright (using latex, nitrile or rubber gloves), and gently glide him through the water (to get saltwater flowing through the gills again). It is also a good idea to place the fish in an acclimation box until he appears “normal”.

The stuff around the face looks like it could be HLLE. But the faded spots on the fins have me thinking velvet or flukes.

I'm leaning towards flukes but velvet certainly possible as well.

I leaning towards velvet only because he just now starting to show signs around 3-4 weeks in. EVERYTIME i've had velvet pop up AFTER THE FISH WAS IN A TANK WITH COPPER...it's been 3 to 4 weeks in. The faded discoloration is classic sign. CB's are known for coming in with bacterial infections too. Be ready to treat with antibiotics.

Looks like I see a flat worm on the eye. Better pics if you can please.

Here is a decent pic. There is no corrals in my tank. Should I just treat the entire tank or just the fish that are infected?

So my clownfish is taking a dive now as well. I took him out and gave him the fw dip. Some flakes came off of him. I am going to take the lr out and catch the cb and give him a fw dip. If that is the case should I dose my tank with something? If so what would you recommend

By flakes, did you mean flukes? If so, you can use Prazipro to treat all the fish directly in the DT.

My biggest concern is that I feel it is unusual for flukes to show rapid symptoms. I am worried that you may have something more lethal in your tank. Can you describe what it is your clownfish is doing?

laying in the bottom of the tank. Not eating.

Do you have a QT you can put them in to get ready to treat them? I really think you have something more than just flukes going on and you will need them in a QT to properly treat them.

Let's see if we can get @Humblefish or @melypr1985 back involved.

See I'm not sure if it was flukes. The flakes were transparent
The gist of this is, do fresh waster dips on all of your fish and then get them in a qt tank. Once in qt, ramp up meds fast to therapeutic levels and hope for the best. I'm betting it's velvet, based on looks and how fast it's going.
