Just added a small yellow tang tonight that my wife wanted. Current stock is a banghi cardinal, 2 snowflake clowns and a coral beauty. The coral beauty is going up and almost tail slapping the yellow tang. They are about the same size, there are plenty of caves in the rock work. Think this behavior will stop or should I remove one? This is in a reefer 250 and yes I know he will eventually outgrow it but thats why we got him small.

hi,turn off lights, observe ,move a rock or two tomorrow ,keep us posted :)

now's the time, get your arms in there should stop, fighting, lights out when done, and keep a close eye on ;)

Lights are out, tang was hanging with the clowns which seemed good until I took a peak with the lights out. Clowns are nipping the tangs tail and the tang is swatting back. Hope this fighting stops by tomorrow

Today the cb and tang were swimming together when I got home. Hope that continues
