Good day. I purchased a coral beauty a few weeks back from my local store. Its the first fish in my tank so i didnt quarantine it. But a few days ago it started acting weird..swimming in circles really slow.. parameters of the tank are zero. Ph was low so i added a buffer. I noticed today that there is a white splotch on one side of the fish.. any thoughts?

Welcome to R2R!
That could be bacterial, but I see some other possible issues as well, poor color, some random spots. As flippers said, you’ll need to move this to a quarantine tank for any treatment to really work...

Unfortunately it was to late.. i woke up to a nuked tank... whatever it was killed all my fish. Luckily i only had 3 in there and 2 blennys

100% something internal like Jay said but from the looks of it that could also be an ammoina burn What are the water parameters? How old is the tank? What certain fish where in the tank?
