Recently added a coral beauty to my 120 tank. It started fussing with my clownfish now both have faint white blemishes. It is a little tough to see because a diamond goby is busy stirring up the sandbed

A video might help. He was difficult to transfer. My wife thinks there could have been some net damage. We “quarantine “ by a 3 week observation to fatten them up and reduce social anxiety.

Using a 10” trigger fleece roller, 250Int reefocto, scrubbing CO2, carbon and gfo reactors. Also added a icecap 40watt uv sterilizer. Water usually tests clean.

Coral beauty has bite marks and should heal as long as they are separated. Won’t be bad to have seachem kanaplex or Maracyn 2 on hand should those spots become infected

Given the rip in the dorsal fin, I would see these are just missing scales from fighting with another fish. Flukes can cause skin issues like that, but not ripped fins.
