Hi all, yesterday I receive a Coral beauty by mail.
Its very active swimmer and its eating very good: flakes, granules and frozen.
But have just noticed that left eye is little swollen and cloudy.

Not the best pic (as he does not stop for get pictured) but you can see the popeye.

right now is in QT along with 2 fire gobies.

what should I do? Medicate them all? With what? Or just wait and observe?

1 tablespoon of plain USP epsom salts per 5 gallon of tank water will help with the swelling.
A 60 minute bath in methylene blue helps with injury.

If necessary the best antibiotic for eye infections is erythromycin (aka Maracyn ((not Maracyn 2)). Can double dose in a bath every day for 30 minutes or treat the tank at the regular dosage recommended by the manufacturer for 10-14 days.

Thanks a lot for all answers.
I dont have any on hand right know
Is this urgent or I have some time to get things for treatment?

Medications are very, very slow acting on fish. The sooner the fish's immune system get a bit of help, the better. Good luck with your new fish.

So... after reading some articles and based on your kind answers... I've just got: Kanaplex, Focus and Garlic from Seachem.
I'm planning to prepare some food mix with flakes and keep an eye on its eye ;)
My doubt is I use to feed them twice a day, but thinking in medicated food, should I use it also twice a day? Or just once medicated and other one regular food?
