What are params? Tank history? How long have you had the fish?

Looks like lymphocytosis, but post white light pics to confirm.

Parameters are
Calcium 425
Alkalinity 9.4
Magnesium 1,450
Phosphate.08
Salinity 1.025
Tank history? Tanks about 2 years old with no pest problems.
