Coral Beauty with white spots?

Please help me identify what these spots are. I'm new to reefing and don't know if this is ich velvet or just substrate on my Coral Beauty. It's been swimming around just fine eating and hasn't had fading colors. I just want to help it if it needs help. Water parameters are great ph is 8.21 temp is 78.6 and there are no nitrates nitrites or ammonia that show up on my testing kit so any help on what this is and what I need to do would be greatly appreciated!
