they should really take the coral out of these guys names seriously lol. But I a man and I admit mistakes and getting a coral beauty is one of them. He's nipped my budding gsp down to a nub, nipped monti cap till the polyps never come out anymore plus stress, nipping zoas and getting at my new gorgonians. SIGH now I have to get my net and fish him out smh. So I'm in the Chicago area if your looking for a coral beauty but take my warnings. Ps I did see all the warnings about them took my shot and missed bad lol.

Might Just be bad luck then cause he's definitely nipping caught him several times.

Mine grazes on rocks all day. When one day I get as coral, I hope he keeps up with the rock only....

As to why they are reef safe Caution, Eibli , rusty and dusty will do the same.

Yes he was a nice fish man sucks. I would feed him brine and mysis and he eats like a pig, then proceeds to stroll around and peck at the gsp frag, gorgonian branches and zoa frags. SMH he was ticking me off lol

If you get another Angel you need to offer marine algae, marine sponge and veggies. There are frozen foods that offer that and Angel specific foods. Best to feed sm amounts at least a couple times a day. A meaty diet will not cut it and is one if the reasons why hobbyist have issues keeping dwarf Angels.

End up swapping him for a purple fire fish. Almost went for a bi colored blenny, was told they can go after certain corals also.
