Normal I would say. The polyps will usually not thrive without the light

It’s not bleaching. It’s slow tissue necrosis. Looks like bad flow in this case, light isn’t helping either, polyps should be longer. What light and powerhead are you using? Also what’s your tank parameters in general since we are trying to help.
