Candycane coral open for days and all of a sudden shriveled up is it bleaching I have an aquatop sky aqua marine light. And one single clown fish.also it’s about 4” down in the water I have other low light corals that are doing just fine.is it too close tho the light does it need less power on it or is it just the temper of the coral.

Theres also a mushroom and favia that requiresthe same amount of light

they like dirty water. Not too fussy about the light or flow, as long as not blasted hard. I have a lot of them, and they're all .50 piece sizes..when mad, shriveled up to nothing.

So do you think it’s something to do with water chemistry
all I know...is that the tank I completely ignore....they're huge and puffy. in my 300...puffy, not huge. all from the same colony. so...for whatever that's worth

It’s a new tank so it’s pretty much stagnate water
MG is 1280
ALK is 9.0
CA IS 480
All the others are where they should be but the phosphate is at 1 but I have the remover coming in the mail
