Coral box QP-16 Wavemaker

So I've recently bought the qp-16 used. It works great but it's way too strong for my tank right now and I can't figure out how the settings work to turn it down. Does anyone have any advice?

I've come to the conclusion it provides too much flow for my tank.

I have three qp16 and I can't notice any difference in power no matter what setting the speed/fl is, seems to be the same at 2 and 19....

Yeah, I've found the same thing, I'm looking to trade mine for something less powerful

My tank can handle it, but it would be nice to be able to lower flow

I turned my qp16 down halfway and I'm not stirring the sand as much. So I presume the power is less. How long have you have the qp16? Reach out to Logan at reefbreeders if that's where you got them and see what he has to say

Mine are from fishstreet but have had them for almost two years
