Coral Box Wavemaker Controller Issues

Maybe it’s user error. Maybe it’s the controller. Anyone have an answer for non-responsive QP-9 controllers? It lights up when I push a button, but doesn’t change modes or speed or anything.

I'm guessing the controller is locked. There's typically a button that will lock the controller from accidental changes by pressing and holding a button to lock/unlock.

Thanks for the responses. It was totally user error. Turns out the light sensor accidentally got turned on. It was dark enough in my stand that it was turning the pump to a constant mode. I didn’t realize that it stops you from making any other changes.
