Anyone else having issues with this dosing pump? Mine refuses to stay calibrated; over the last month, 3 of 4 are off by about 40% and the other is about 20% off.

Yes! I’ve found that mine leaks out until there’s about a few inches of dry air at the end of the tube. I installed the check valves and it helped but I’m still off. Thinking I’m going to just return it and get a more reputable one

Are you running very small doses? I have found if you run larger doses per cycle it seems to work better. I don't know how many doses per day you run, but you might try cutting that in half and see if that helps?

Right now I’m running one 6.5 ml dose a day

Ok yeah that should be enough if you are just dosing once per day, I was just wondering if you were breaking that smaller dose into multiple increments. Are you using dosing containers by chance?

Nope dosing right from the nopox bottle. My feeder line is holding fluid it’s the outlet line that’s slowly draining it’s contents into the sump

The only other thing I could think of is try zip tying around the inlet and outlet feeds, make sure it doesn't pull any air at all.
