Just bought my first coral. A toadstool frag. I do a 10% water change weekly and bought some reef roids to target feed. Should I be dosing my tank with anything else or should I see how it plays out? Any advice would be great

Thank you

I wouldn't dose anything or try to target feed a toadstool hell be just fine with proper lighting .

+1
keep it simple!
Dosing isn't really necessary unless you're not naturally replacing Esential elements like calcium. (doing water changes is the best thing you can do)

How big of a water change should I be doing weekly? I have a 24 gal

I do a 5 gallon water change on my 33 every 2 weeks. I could do them more often but i don't have any hard to keep corals like sps so I don't need pristine water.
* soft corals tend to like a little Dirtier water (nitrates a little higher)*

You could do like 3-5 gallons a week depending on what ur planning on stocking.
