Looking for help on what corals to put where. Tanks has been running about 6 months total now, lights on for 5-6 weeks, going in the ugly stage now but levels seems table. Right now I have one mushroom as test to make sure everything was good and I just picked up 3 zoas. Wondering what are good choices for some EASY to keep corals. Looking for lower maintenance and easy to keep, probably accepting moderate to high flow considering my setup. Also I'm aware my rock work isn't necessarily conducive but it is what it is so if I can work with it that would be great.

1. Buy corals you can afford to replace.
2. Isolate any zoas on rock "islands" unless you want them to spread everywhere. That way, if you end up with a zoa you don't like you don't have to rip out the entire tank to get rid of it.

Zoas, mushrooms, leathers and polyps are all relatively cheap and easy to take care of. Don't forget that some zoas have palytoxins, so act accordingly.

I have someone local whos willing to sell me most "non higher end" corals cheap. he sold me the zoas $5 per plug, and everything we talked about was under 20 bucks, I just need some help with what's best and where.
