So it was graduation day yesterday for my crocea clams to finally move into the DT from the qt/frag tank, the next step is how to flush out the rocks they're on.

Both are on individual rocks, but aside from anything that would sting are there any major no-no's I should be avoiding to put on the rock with them? Encrusting SPS also seem like a no-no?

That should be OK. Many people have clams intermingled with their corals. Just make sure that they can open and close and it should be fine.
