Coral closing and flesh receding

So I’m having a few issues with my tank hoping someone can help. I have some euphyllia corals not opening as much anymore and some flesh receding. I’ve tested the water my parameters look good my tank looks to be doing good besides the bubble algae. I’ll update the Alk and calcium later just did some quick testing. Is there something I could be missing or any suggestions?

• PH = 8
• Nitrate = 0
• Nitrite = 0
• Ammonia = 0
• Salinity = 1.023
• Temp = 79.2
• Cal
• Mag = 1300
• Phos = 0.03

Phosphate is low, .03 is the minimum, nitrate is way low at 0… salinity is low at 1.023, best at 1.025-1.026 and magnesium is low, euphyllia thrive in the 1400 range. Sounds like they are starving with the n&p being so low. Dose to get your P to .05 to .1 and nitrate at 5-10

Thanks I’m about to do a decent size water change. How often should a dose my tank?

Honestly, I don’t do water changes unless I need to remove nitrates. Work on getting your salinity up to 1.025 and dose accordingly to manufacturers directions to get where you want to be. Do it slowly over a week or so but if I was you, I would shoot for .05 po4 and 5 no3.

I’d dose both N and P up into the operating ranges first as it’s fast, then increase feedings….. corals are starving…
Shrink and lose colour with no food…

Honestly the tank looks great, your euphyllia is just talking to you, telling you that your parameters are all off. Listen to them, and bring your parameters back in line.
