Coral closing randomly

Hi im running a fluval evo 13.5 and it has been doing really well but recently my toadstool and my alveopora have stopped opening, the toadstool opens fully and extends its polyps for maybe 2 hours a day then retracts and dosnet open and my alve has just stopped opening recently, nothing has changed in the tank
Ammonia : 0
Nitrite :0
Ph (morning) 7.8
Ph (afternoon/night) 8.3
Nitrate : 5-10

filtration is upgraded with a intank basket chamber 1 : filterfloss/biomax/carbon

I'm going to go with that the tank is too new. Looks like you're still going through the "uglies".
Please post a complete list of your tank parameters, along with what light you are using.
FYI, swing arm hydrometers are the worst. Spend the extra money and get a refractometer.

I know this hydrometer is awful i just get my lfs to test my salinity, its 34ppt, i did put some params on there aswell but
Po4 : 0.1 ppm
Cal : 400 ppm
Mag : 1400 ppm
 
PO4 is a little high, but nothing that would cause significant issues.
With smaller systems, stability is always an issue. I assume you're using an ATO?
You didn't mention what light you're using.
Other than that, IMO, it's just that your tank is too new and doesn't have the biome needed to support these corals yet.

How old is the tank? I agree that there is a lot that goes wrong in an early tank and hence the corals aren’t happy about it.
It’s not out of character for a leather to be closed often though.
