Coral Collection inferno Bta

Darwin, congrats. Saw it in person at CC last year and it's super bright. Put me down in line for clone. Definitely want one.
For sure bro, hopefully they do well for me.

Here's a vid I took of them the day I got them. Pretty much what they look like irl. The flame ended up switching places where the inferno is in the vid and looks like it's staying there. The inferno is still wandering around, but luckily they're stuck only on one island. Bwuahaha.

Thanks, I'm hoping that the colors stay. They're aquacultured, so it has a pretty good chance. I'm hoping that the girl will finally let the male host the nems with her since there's more than enough to share now!

Looking great John. Out of the two, which one would you prefer more? I actually prefer the flame!

That's a hard choice. I like how he inferno is keeping it bubble but prefer the colors of the flame.

In John's pictures, the flame almost looks like an old school reef hotspot lemondrop.[/QUOTE
Do you have a picture

I saw these in person at MAX a few weeks ago. Our club booth was directly across from CC. I pretty much just stared at the Inferno nem the entire weekend. It's amazing!!!

Absolutely Stunning! Thank you so much for sharing! We have been target feeding our green BTA and praying that it stays in place before we jump on the acros and other hard corals. Its such a hard choice when you have beautiful specimens of each! I am just totally mesmerized! Puts our nem to shame!

So, a year later, how are your awesome CC nems doing? Hope they are growing splitting and retaining their awesome colors!

The CC Flame tip looks like a Colorado Sunburst, like the Gonzo Sunburst. Are they the same or somehow different?

Thanks

So has anyone been able to keep these alive for long? I saw elsewhere that Darwin lost at least one of his.
i have had a few for more than a year and one for 2 years now. all doing well and i manually split them about every 10 weeks. i've lost one that didn't get split very well after 4 weeks of rehab but have cultured tons of them very successfully and all keeping their original coloration and some morphing to other interesting combinations of colors and some fading into much softer more boring colors.

Hi Darwin
Did you lose both or was it just the flame? I bought both and they didn't do well at all. They both hid under a rock and would barely peek out until they shrunk to nothing.
