Is this coral able to be saved?

I think it's a bubble coral which was fine in the tank for quite a while but is now detaching from the skeleton. It's in fairly low flow.

Parameters are
Alk 7.7
Calc 420
Mag 1440
Salinity 1.025
Phos 0.1
Nitrate 10

2nd photo is what it normally looks like and was like that for about 4 months.

Sometimes any flow seems too much for these guys. You could try covering with a cut off soda bottle with slits in it..if he reacts better youll know its flow related. If not youll know its something else...parameters off or getting picked on...

I've tried getting it in ultra low flow before but had the same issue, the flesh like curls up away from skeleton. I'll give the bottle a try though
