Coral Die Off

Can someone please let me know what could be causing my montipora to die off starting from the base outwards?
Checked all water parameters and everything is great!

Post your water perimeters and what kind of tests do you use?
Maybe the debris build up is what cost your montipora to die off in the middle from lack of enough water flow,

Nutrients most likely. And yea flow too possibly.

Hi, My nitrate readings are less than .5 and sometimes undetectable same for phosphates....Im starting to think you all are correct in regards to lack of water flow!
