Coral dip that kills spirorbid worms

Does revive kill them?
I'm starting a new tank and trying not to introduce any nuissance organism.
I have some zoanthid colonies infested in which manual removal is impractical due to the risk of crushing the coral.
PS: i do not have access to bayer.

Those will usually come in heavy at first then all die off or just be seen on the rocks. Good micro-fauna if you ask me!
