Howdy,

I am just finishing fighting bryopsis from my first wave of corals and I do NOT wanna deal with that again. So I am learning to dip.

I will be using a 3% Hydrogen Peroxide dip and dipping the coral in for ~ 2 minutes.

My question is should I also use Coral RX or is the HP enough?

Can i use this method on torch & hammer corals?

Thanks

Don’t dip lps in hydrogen peroxide. There’s a very slim chance that they’ll live. Zoas are fine.
I don’t see why you should use coralRX but it doesn’t hurt to dip

Quarantine corals.

Dipping them in peroxide won't eliminate bryopsis. It just knocks it back for a few weeks.

Quarantine your corals. Observe. If you see bryopsis, treat it in the quarantine tank and only move corals to the display when you know they are clean.
