Coral dips?

I have a zoa colony (80+ polyps +1 mushroom) not doing so hot. I think I'm losing them and can't figure out WHY as everything else in my tank is doing well and water parameters check out. To make matters worse I have a shipment of 9+ zoa frags, kaleidoscope clove polyps, candy cane, atlantis meteor shower, and green star polyps coming in this morning... I did a FW dip of the zoo/mushroom colony yesterday but almost killed the mushroom and looked like only copepods came off. Should I QT my struggling colony? Dip the new shipment in SW and Lugols? All I have for QT is fluorescents for tropical fish or I can run out and get some form of light (if ya'll have a cheapish suggestion I can run over a 10g bare bottom QT)

You've got good ideas already. Personally after 4yrs of reefing and never being able to keep zoa's alive no matter what, while everything else thrives in my tank. I can't even begin to suggest what else you can do, sorry and good luck. Zoa's melt no matter what you do
