If I'm dosing red sea no3 po4 x remover I should be dosing the coral energy a and b correct because I just saw that the coral energy a and b is nitrates so if I'm trying to get them to go down why should I dose this stuff

A and b is really not nitrates in a bottle.
But can breakdown into no3

Without knowing tank and equipment that is hard for me to say yes.
If you dont over dose I feel you would be fine.
Keep an eye on your no3

Ok and I've got a magnum 350 with a bio wheel on it and the coralife super skimmer 65 on a 30 gallon tank with an ocean revive t227 as a light

May I ask are you having an no3 issue?

It was at 15 and I gotta check it in the morning but my phosphate are high at around .36 and I'm trying to get rid of those and I was using city water and I'm switching to rodi now so I'm trying to fix the phosphate really but the nitrates aren't terrible like I've seen some people who have really high nitrates in the hundreds but I know it was the city water so once I get enough rodi water in the tank it should stop
