My phosphate and nitrate have lowered from where they was at and I'm wondering if I need to be putting the coral energy a and b in the whole time that I'm dosing no3 po4 x remover or do I wait until the phosphate and nightrate are really low because I've been told that the coral energy a and b adds nightrates so should I wait to dose the coral energy a and b until they get down to a certain level because I've been changing water alot with rodi water and I was using tap water so now from doing alot of water changes I've got the nitrates down to 12 and I'm not sure what the phosphate are but I still have green algae and I don't think it will measure the phosphate level correct from what I've been told because the algae is taking up the phosphate so when should I add the coral energy a and b when I start the no3 po4 x remover or wait until the levels get down to a certain point does anyone know this any information would be greatly appreciated thanks

It's a little over a year old and I've got 2 rosetip anemones in there and a mushroom coral and a soft coral which is a flower pot I believe it's called and a few fish so should I add both of these at the same time to get the nitrates down from 12 to 15 down to where they need to be

I'm not super familiar with those products, but I'd recommend some water changes instead to reduce your nitrates. Do 10-25% water changes every few days and you should see a drastic drop in nitrates and you won't mess too much with the consistency of your water and other necessary nutrients
