Should you dose this stuff if you're nightrates are at around 12 to 15 if you start dosing no3 po4 x remover because I've been doing water changes and got it from 25 to 12 to 15 and I was using tap water but I've been using rodi water to get it down that far but I got green algae that's growing fast so I want to start dosing the no3 po4 x remover to help but I've heard that the coral energy a and b adds nightrates is this true or not and what should I do should I just dose the no3 po4 x remover without the coral energy a and b or dose both of them

If so, yes that adds amino acids that can boost nitrate. I think it is a fine experiment to see if it seems useful in your tank, however.
Dosing organic carbon, such as NO3PO4X (or a DIY such as vodka or vinegar) is a fine plan at the same time.

If you otherwise want to use such a product, it is a fine thing to do. It may mean it takes a bit longer to get nitrate down, so whether to use it or not depends on your primary goals.

I'm doing water changes once a week with rodi water and I was using tap water and my nitrates were around 50 and I've got them down this far but I'm just trying to get them down to where they need to be faster that's all so should I dose the coral energy a and b along with the no3 po4 x remover or just dose the no3 po4 x remover? But will my soft corals and rosetip anemone be ok if I just dose the no3 po4 x remover or should I dose the coral energy a and b together for the corals

Will it hurt the corals and anemones dosing the no3 po4 x remover by itself because some people say that you should dose both of these if you have corals and anemones because the no3 po4 x remover takes stuff out of the water that the corals and anemones need

I don't see any reason to worry about killing anything with the plan you have.

I never had a problem with nitrates using the RS Reef Energy A&B. I would follow the Red Sea program if you're using their products. NOPOX work wonders on nitrates. I used 1 ml per 25 gallons and worked up. Just check your nitrates every 4 days and make adjustments. I believe they recommend up to 3 ml per 25 gallons. Mine went to zero and I stopped dosing for a couple weeks to get them up.
