Does anyone know what the shelf life is on this? With the expensive shipping fee I would like to get a larger quantity but there is nothing about how long it is good for in the refrigerator and the company has not responded to me.

I had this and it went bad in the fridge. I can’t remember how long, maybe a few months?

I would absolutely recommend freezing excess into cubes so you don’t waste it.
