Coral feeding. What do you feed your corals?

I know it's a long shot guys, and I know it's a weird thing to ask. But can anyone help me out with getting some good coral foods to Australia? We don't get a lot of good variety when it comes to food foods. Especially pellets for my LPS.

I target feed twice a week with reef chili, reef roids with a little LRS. Only have a few fish at this time.

Hey All,

So I've gotten over some hurdles my tank put in my way. Everything is starting to look good again. Finally!
I'm looking at starting to feed my corals. Mainly LPS with a few SPS and some softies. So a mixed bag!
I was feeding Reef Roids, a few times a week and occasionally drop in some frozen mysis in with the Reef Roids.
So my question here is, what do you feed your corals? How often? And spot feeding or dumping.
As I have a lot of acans I was thinking of some type of pellet, but not sure what's the best quality and what I should do.
Some of that Nyos stuff looks interesting.

Thanks all

Jeez over the years it has changes so much but at the moment i use brs reef chili mixed with micro vert and mysis to target feed along with zeovit coral snow mixed with zeovit coral vitalizer. I target feed once every other week and coral snow/vit every two days.

Reef energy, nutricell, dried copepods, dried rotifiers, B1 and B2 pellets, fauna marin lps pellets, reef chili, and some new gel type food, new life spectrum iirc..
Reef energy is dosed every hour 24x7. Then the dry stuff is mixed into an eheim and dosed at midnight, 6 am, noon, and 6 pm, with the exception of the gel food and lps pellets in it. I have a crinoid and twin spot gobies aside from a few nps corals, so it's a bit of work. Oh, and the corals don't seem to be a fan of the lps pellets. They however do love the gel food, but it contains xanathum gum so I try not to feed it too often.
The nutricell I think has to be the best food hands down. It's around 50-80 microns, encapsulated, and lasts about 48+ hours in water before breaking down, so it has a longer period of time to be eaten. It's also fairly buoyant so it doesn't sink too well. The corals really respond to this stuff to the point where they get all oddly swollen as their mucous is getting coated.
I've brought numerous corals back now from near-death, and one that was a bone white rock I got in a macro algae shipment using RE and nutricell. The other stuff I feed sparingly as they are pretty heavy in phosphate.
