How often does everyone feed their corals and what do you feed ? I feed twice a week with reef roids. Wonder if I should add other food to the mix. Thanks

I also do mysis on top of reef roids

You might get more of a response tailored to your needs if you could tell us a bit about your tank. Fish no fish SPS, LPS, Non Photsynthetic ect...
Light is really all they need.
Depending on the type, is what you can feed. Fish poo is a natural food.
I have a mixed reef with fish. Every Sunday evening the corals get Phytofeast, Oysterfeast, Reef Roids. Live baby brine, Frozen rotifers, and calanus. Mixed with 500 ml tank water. Everything is squirted with a turkey baster then the rest is dumped in. By morning the water is clear again. I now have sponges appearing that I did not buy. White, purple and pink ones.

I have only a few fish. Feed them when needed from my hand. Do you only feed once a week ?

My corals, yes , once a week. However I did pick up a Sun Coral. It is non photosynthetic. It has to be fed every day when it opens in the evening. It gets the cone of silence while I squirt some stuff over it.
I feed my fish 2 times a day. Frozen foods of all sizes. Live baby brine, live white worms and live black worms plus a live clam or oyster when our small town market has them. Im sure some of that finds its way to the corals mouths.
