is feeding AB+ Coral food enough for an LPS+SPS mixed reef 14gal tank??

Would the AB+ also raise nitrates? I have a small tank with just a few corals so Nitrates are pretty much bottoming out and I want to make sure that I take care of the corals. Have a Hanna Phosphorus checker coming but been taking my water to LFS for testing of Phosphates and reading .03 with Salifert. Or should I add some mysis to feed the Bowerbanki to add more nitrates?

Yes AB+ can raise Nitrates. IMO Reef Roids is better though for that.

Ok thanks I do 50% weekly water changes anyway so if I feed reef roids once a week I should be good but will test parameters and go from there to adjust amount feeding to water change schedule.
