Good afternoon, I just wanted to get some opinions on what others are doing. I have a mainly sps dominant tank and don't really feed my coral a lot. Bi-weekly I will dose ELOS Omega and ELOS Pro skimmer, on alternate weeks I will feed reef pearls. For what it's worth, my alk is 8.4dkh, cal is 430 and mag is 1340 and usually stays like this. My nitrates are undetecable and my po4 reads .04 on Hanna phosphorus checker. I have 250w 14k MH lighting with actinic T5's. Lighting is approximately 8 inches off the water surface and all corals are about 6-10 inches below the surface of the water. My problem is I just don't feel I'm getting the color I should out of some of the corals. I'm sure there are many reasons that this could be possible but in case starvation is one of them. What are you all feeding your acro's and how often?
