Just won $100 in coral food.
Currently only have a few zoas, 2 favia, cyphastrea, and a plate coral. I've been making sure the zoas get some left over mysis when I'm done feeding the fish, but I haven't really been feeding the other corals.
Are there any extra precautions I should take when feeding corals? Should I run my skimmer more wet to remove excess food? I'm pretty sure I can feed them directly with the long pipettes I have, but I'm concerned about what any extra mix will do to my water chemistry.
I'm pretty new at this and really paranoid about my water parameters. I treat everything in my tank like family pets, and I don't want to lose anything trying to boost coral growth.
