Does spot feeding zoa help them grow? and if so what would you recommend? Thnx!

I believe that it does. I used to not dose anything in my tank but now once I started dosing Coral Vite and spot feeding reef roids my zoas growth has exponentially increased.

I use 2 types of coral foods and that’s polyp labs reef roids! And oyster feast! My corals took off using those 2 things
