I feed mine by feeding the tank most of the time.

I target feed reef roids - Recently have been using PolypLabs Polyp Booster - turn off return pump but let vortechs circulate in lagoon mode (slow gentle) put in 1ml and let circulate for 10 mins then target feed all corals with syringe, let sit for 15 mins then turn on return pump. My duncans and torches are blooming, frogspawn has added a few heads, hammer has better color. Too early to say for SPS. No adverse Nitrates so far.

Coke or Pepsi?
McDonald's or Burger King?

Its too broad of a question that doesn't have an answer bc its too subjective.

Most veterans make their own fish/coral food using fresh seafood options from their local fresh seafood grocery counter....which involves multiple items and their own wsy for procrssing the seafood.

Ryan Batcheller built Bulk Reef Supply on "Reef Chili" which started by him making his own coral food in his apartment while he was a Waiter. I know this bc I stood next to him as he told his background story at an event. Now hes the CEO of a $15mil sales a year international company

Larry DuPont from ReefFrenzy has a very similar story

Reason. Asked was I used to use reefroids and switched to benepets. I’m leaning towards going back to reefroids and was wondering folks thoughts
