I am looking to start using some Coral foods. Currently my system is 100 gallons total water volume. I have quite a few sips frags and small colonies. I am struggling keeping my po4 and No3 readable. I add acropower 1 or 2 times a week. I'd like to start feeding the coral either Red sea ab or Pohls coral vitalizer. Are these the same? Should I get both and alternate? Is one better than the other? I already use red sea colors 5ml once per week.

We use AB+ and love it! Also target feed with Reef Roids, and the corals go nuts for it.

I'd highly recommend Reef Roids. Might help with your nutrient levels too.

I also use AB+, but only as a supplement between Reef Roid/Benereef feedings.

I use AB and am happy with it. I target feed thrice a week with a concoction of oyster feast, a bit of frozen shrimp, and alternate between coral frenzy and reef roids.

I have both reef roids and benepet. A few months ago I accidentally dumped the entire container of reef roids in the tank. I haven't used it since. Does anyone mix something like reef roids and red sea Ab together? Or is that too much?
