Do you guys spot feed your corals? If you do you feed everything (LPS, SPS etc)? Which foods do you use?

Twice a week I broadcast feed Reef Chili. Once a week I spot feed trumpets, plates, ricordias, anything with feeders out with a grated portion of LRS mixed with phytoplankton or zooplankton.

Which phytoplankton and zooplankton do you use?

I really like the reef energy AB product from red sea too. Amino acids and vitamins specific to corals.

I've been thinking of starting those up, the Critter has seen drastic improvement on their Red Sea tank and say it's because of the use of the Red Sea Colors program.

The energy program is a daily additive that's based on the type of corals in your tank and how many gallons you have. Check out their research and they tell you everything that's in the products and why it's in there.

No, not at all. Just dont see the need for it.(plus Im lazy) Lots of fish and broadcast some reef chili here and there. I also dose Warner marine aminos one every 2 weeks.

I forgot to add that when I feed frozen foods I thaw them in garlic and Reef Plus so that when I feed the fish I'm adding a little reef plus every time
