Just wondering if people routinely treat incoming corals with bayer insecticide dip as a first step before putting them into QT, or if they wait to see if anything came in on them first?

I have s 20 long coral QT where they will hang out for 76 days, but hadn’t planned on treating first regardless of hitchhiker status. Now thinking I should.

Thoughts ?

Thanks guys- much appreciated.

Edit: deleted a dumb butt question I already knew the answer to. Trying to do too many things at once, lol

Thanks guys!

I don't think you want to dip those, but I'm an SPS guy not sure on that.

Yeah, as soon as I hit send I knew I already knew the answer. Brain is in overdrive right now with 8 different things

Thanks for helping out.

I dip with Bayer on the way into my frag holding tank and then dip with Bayer or Coral Rx Pro when they go from frag tank to display tank.

My frag tank recently got infected with flatworms even with the dipping. The flatworms didn't make it into my display tank, so this functioned exactly as it should.
