Please let me know about your experience with Coral glues and also using epoxy putty for rocks... same as the Plummer's putty? cures underwater, but is it different than the epoxy marketed as Marine Aquarium epoxy putty.. Apparently it's safe.. or is it? ..? yes..? no..?
thanks

Super glue gel from the Dollar store. JB Waterweld Epoxy. Use a combination of both for even better results.

Not a huge fan of epoxy for holding rocks together, it just didn't seem to work all that well for me. If you do it though the trick seems to be pushing the epoxy deep into the cracks of the rocks to lock them together. Some epoxies have other ingredients like "Steel" or other metals, just make sure you get one without. I use epoxy for large coral colonies and place gravel rocks at the base to hide the epoxy, but everything else I use it superglue. The BRS superglue is great out of the water for frags, but under water isn't any good. The Boston Aqua Farm superglue has worked the best for me underwater and for the size tube you are getting it is cheaper then homedepot.

I have used normal super glue, gorilla glue, BRS and Ecotech. Ecotech is the best one of the 4 I've used. It's also the most expensive :/

Eco tech or good, not cheap "gel" super glue (LePage is the best) which I think Eco tech really is, just over priced

bsi iC-Gel, ecotech glue to me is too runny and expensive for no reason. Ic-Gel is only about 5$ a tube if you use it right you can get alot of frags glued down. But

i use ic-gell all day everyday. nothing else inless i cant get or run out.
