Coral growth rates: what to expect?

Is there a good resource for growth rates of corals by species?

I have a couple of beautiful favias, bit they show no signs of growth. Over the same period, my Duncan has sprouted multiple new heads and my kenya tree is going wild. I think that's not unexpected for all those species, but I'd like to know if my favia are suffering or if I'm doing right by them.

What are people's favorite books, website, etc for estimating health coral growth rates?

I don’t know of resource for coral growth rates, maybe someone else will chime in on that.
Feeding favias can help them grow faster, but they are just slow growers compared to some other corals.
